What's Your "YQ?" (Your Most Important Questions and how they Shape Your Future)
This talk will draw on Mark’s years of experience coaching life alignment in a variety of domains, from challenging corporate settings, to entrepreneurial life, to family and intimate relationships.

The presentation strongly emphasizes the importance of conscious use of intent, combined with awareness of our mental models of success and happiness when we are making choices.

It addresses healthier ways that we may handle (and leverage) the contrast of setbacks, difficult
emotions, and what we may (incorrectly) deem "failures" in our lives.

This is a 90-120 minute talk that works as well as a powerful kick-off to any organization-sponsored wellbeing program, or as a standalone offering. Mark also delivers it as a full-day workshop.
